I've been working with data analysis for about 6 years, 3 of them specifically with Alteryx. Alteryx was one of the game-changers in my career, it was this tool that opened doors to interesting international jobs and better salaries.

Along the way, I've tried to contribute to the Alteryx community by answering questions (I have 500+ solutions accepted in the community today), taking all possible certifications, sharing macros and workflows in the gallery and preferring to work for Alteryx partner consultancies.

One aspect that I consider relevant is that although Alteryx is today the tool that I have the most mastery of, I try to learn and have experience with as many tools as possible. I have KNIME, Dataiku, Alation, Snowflake, AWS, etc. certifications, as well as professional experience with Tableau and Power BI. I can also get by with Python and SQL. So I'm able to take a more general view of the tools and how they compare to each other, in order to get the best out of each one and position myself better in the market.
