I am a Business Intelligence Lead and Analytics Consultant with 10+ years of experience, including 5 years specializing in data visualization and analytics solutions. My career evolution from journalism to data analytics reflects my fundamental drive to uncover and communicate meaningful stories within complex information. My greatest strength is breaking down intricate problems into clear, actionable insights. I am passionate about helping organizations build data-driven cultures, and I value intellectual curiosity and clear communication.

My journey with data started in journalism, where I learned to ask the right questions and uncover meaningful stories. From there, I moved into business analysis and project management roles, where, among others, I worked with data collection and quality assessment projects. During this time, I discovered my interest in making data more accessible and meaningful for business users.
Outside of my main role, I was involved in data education initiatives and became one of the founders of the open data community in Belarus. I organized a lecture series about statistical data interpretation with the Belarussian statistic committee and provided lectures for the Belarussian Journalists Association. Also, as a manager, I participated in the launch of the first in Belarus infographics course.
For the past five years at Vizuators, I've been focusing on business intelligence and analytics as a Lead, mainly working with Tableau implementations. I help organizations set up analytics processes, from auditing data sources to designing visualizations that tell clear stories. My projects span pharmacy retail, manufacturing, and market research fields, each bringing unique challenges in how data can support decision-making.
