Starting out with a Finance degree from UNC Charlotte and working in supply chain, I quickly tripped and fell in love with a different career path: analytics and automation. Excel led to macros, macros led to Access, Access led to Alteryx and the rest is history.

Now, I'm a Sr. Director of BI and Analytics at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). I'm also an Alteryx visionary, a member of their Customer Advisory Board, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I was shortlisted by Women in Technology for Data Advocate of the Year in 2022 and Data Leader of the year in 2023.

The team I led in a previous role continues to be one of Alteryx’s popular customer success stories. We leveraged Alteryx to automate the vast majority of the inventory control processes my team was responsible for. Our work earned us an internally-prestigious President’s Award in Growth and Innovation and promotions!

With years of experience in Lean, process improvement, people leadership, and BI, I am increasingly passionate about a two key things:
1. Helping people be more comfortable with making data-informed decisions (what many call "Data Fluency")
2. Removing barriers to success, whether they're systemic or in our heads

I also have experience working with two different types of BI COE's and can discuss the pros and cons of each.
