I am a results-driven data analytics and project management leader with over 10 years of experience in the data and analytics field. With a passion for data-driven insights and strategic innovation, I have consistently delivered impactful solutions by leading cross-functional teams and fostering self-service capabilities and data fluency techniques. With a proven track record of driving business growth through analytics, project management, and process optimization, I have consistently elevated operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities while promoting data-driven decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across diverse industries, including retail, restaurant, manufacturing, and my current role in real estate. In each of these dynamic settings, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making and deliver value to end users.

I strive to help those on my teams meet their full potential and drive the same results while making sure I deliver to their needs. I would say I am a servant leader through and through focused on helping my team meet their goals and that in turn means I meet my own. Whether they know the next step in their career is on my team or not they get my full attention and full focus on developing them for their next step.

Outside of work I love to play games, watch sports, hang out with my family and get outside when it is not raining. I enjoy cooking with my wife and we like to try cooking things well outside our comfort zone (currently trying to cook different types of fish) and experience new tastes and cuisines. This is our favorite part to traveling when we get the chance is to try out new food and find the delicious local spots. I also love hanging out with my toddler, Lillie. It is truly amazing watching her grow and learn new things each day and someday hopefully she will be a data master.

I look forward to helping anyone in their career or trying to master certain skills as I have never had a true mentor in my career and I want to help those in what I did not have.
