I am an Analytics and Productivity Manager currently working for Ingersoll Rand. I have a strong background in driving change using data analytics, as well as enabling others to use data analytics to further themselves and their careers. I am looking to start using this skill set to make a greater difference within the community.

I have worked most of my career in material/inventory management, starting in Wisconsin as a buyer and leveraging analytics to basically do my job for me. From there I got a job as an inventory analyst and moved down to Charlotte. Our group was in charge of problem solving and eliminating excess inventory. We were promoted as a team to begin working on other areas of the business such as procurement and finance in early 2019, and in late 2020 I was promoted to team manager.

I would not be anywhere close to where I am in my career today without analytics and I am passionate about sharing that skillset with as many people as possible.
