As a Data Consultant using Alteryx for more than 3 years, I worked to help businesses best leverage their data - from creating more effective ingestions and pipelines to the final visualizations. I loved finding effective and creative solutions, and Alteryx is one of my favorite tools to use for its versatility, comprehensibility, and almost unlimited possibilities. I'm looking forward to working with you to help solve any data problems and make the work you do a little easier!
I was living and working as a consultant in New York for more than 3 years, and during that time I had the opportunity to work with clients creating data ingestion, warehousing, transformation, and visualization solutions. I most recently focused on the data engineering side, building ETL processes and creating data for reporting, but I also have experience building dashboards to make data accessible to a wider audience. Some of my primary tools are Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake, and the languages I work in most are SQL, R, and Python. I've had the opportunity to work with multiple tools in a variety of environments, though, and I always enjoy learning and using new processes and skills.
Currently, I'm pursuing a technical Masters degree to pivot into International Affairs, but I hope to continue channeling my love of Alteryx into work with Alteryx for Good.
When I'm not studying or working, I travel as much as possible (pre-Covid), try to spend most of my time outdoors, and read to learn about a variety of subjects. In addition to Statistics, I studied History and Archaeology - even getting to work briefly on a dig site - so I enjoy continuing to expand my history knowledge and delving into other fields I have yet to explore!
