Andrea De La Torre is a Software Engineer III – Tableau and Alteryx Developer who was previously a Junior Chief of Staff and Agility Lead. Andrea used Alteryx
workflows and tableau dashboards to manage an organization of 450 people under 41 applications to accomplish technology projects within a $60M budget that spans across multiple lines of business which have firm wide implications.
As an Agility Lead, Andrea led projects from initiation through implementations, including establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place, and managing the project budget and resources utilizing automation tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
Andrea joined the firm in JPMC as a Credit Approval Officer in the Consumer & Community Bank, progressing in various roles until 2022 when she joined the Corporate Sector.
Andrea is currently the President for Toastmasters Talk Of Downtown Club, and leader for the GT Hispanic Houston Community.
When not working, Andrea finds her happiness traveling and creating unforgettable memories with her husband Saulo, and two daughters, Mia and Amberly. Andrea is passionate about her Not For Profit to raise awareness of Amberly’s genetic disorder, Phenylketonuria (PKU) and finding new opportunities to help 56 patients in Quito,
Ecuador. Andrea started publishing Christian Books to share God’s love and grace in her life, how she was saved, and all the tests that have become Testimonies called “The 7 Secrets To Overwhelming Joy”.
Andrea was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador and migrated to the United States in 2000. Andrea learned to speak, write, and read in English in less than 6 months to be able to start living the American Dream.
