I'm a data analyst who wants to mentor and support others through their analytics journey!

Since I got into data analytics from a "non-conventional" background (no tech degree + former English teacher), I know what it's like to make the transition.

I want to share my insights and tips with other people so that the process of upskilling, networking and securing a role is more manageable and less stressful.

Hello everyone, my name is Lyon! I'm a data analyst who enjoys learning more about end-to-end data analytics.

In my current role, I mainly focus on supporting stakeholders with their ad-hoc BI requirements which generally means building out dashboards. As part of this work, I also have the opportunity to suggest process improvements, drive tool adoption and document best practices.

When I'm not engaging directly with clients, I have supported several people who wanted to learn more about my company and the work that I do. This typically means casual coffee chats as well as giving feedback to prospective candidates' application dashboards.
